About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at SABOR DIVINO RESTAURANT. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless service delivery to our customers.

Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff

Lead and motivate a team of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service standards are maintained.

Train and Develop Staff

Provide comprehensive training to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.

Inventory Management and Quality Control

Estimate and manage inventory levels, ensuring that food and supplies are ordered and stored efficiently. Monitor and maintain quality control standards, ensuring that food and service meet the highest standards.

Customer Service and Conflict Resolution

Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that issues are resolved promptly and to the customer's satisfaction.

Administrative and Reporting Tasks

Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
