Landscaping Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscaping Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our outdoor projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for hiring, supervising, and scheduling staff, as well as planning and directing grounds maintenance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and estimating labor and materials
  • Organizing and directing construction of decks and decorative or retaining walls
  • Maintaining work records and logs
  • Requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Resolving work problems, providing technical advice, and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in horticulture and a proven track record of success in a supervisory role.
