Job Title: Automotive Service Advisor

Canadian Tire Lake Shore & Leslie – Store 654 is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team.

About the Role:

This is a high-profile and growth-oriented role that requires a team-oriented individual with a strong automotive background and a customer-friendly outlook. As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring a smooth flow of communication with customers during repairs or maintenance work, and managing customer concerns and problems promptly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure ongoing commitment to customer needs and vehicle requirements.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner, over the phone and in person.
  • Understand customer needs and provide complete solutions.
  • Manage customer concerns and problems promptly.
  • Deal with challenging situations in a professional manner.
  • Ensure a smooth flow of communication with customers during repairs or maintenance work.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of market trends in the automotive service industry.
  • Knowledge and understanding of mechanical components of automobiles.
  • Ability to work effectively with auto parts ordering systems and computerized work order systems.
  • Basic math and keyboarding skills.
  • Good working knowledge of CoStar is an asset.
  • Experience in a similar role, in a Canadian Tire Auto Service Centre, is considered an asset.
