Director, Global Demand Generation

At SOTI Inc, we are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to fill the role of Director, Global Demand Generation. This is a key position in our organization, and the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive global demand generation strategy that aligns with our long-term growth objectives and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and lead a forward-thinking global demand generation strategy that aligns with SOTI's long-term growth objectives and sales targets.
  • Integrated Campaign Leadership: Architect and oversee the execution of sophisticated, multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to generate high-quality leads, nurture prospects, and drive conversions.
  • Sales Synergy and Enablement: Forge a strong partnership with the sales organization to ensure strategic alignment between marketing and sales objectives, processes, and targets.
  • Advanced Data Analytics and Reporting: Utilize sophisticated analytics and reporting tools to track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance, lead generation metrics, and overall marketing ROI.
  • Leadership and Team Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing demand generation team, fostering a culture of innovation, strategic thinking, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of strategic experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or related roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven success in developing and executing high-impact demand generation strategies in a SaaS or technology environment focused on B2B sales.
  • Deep understanding of advanced digital marketing channels, tactics, and best practices, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency in sophisticated marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
