Service Desk Agent

DriverCheck Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide first-level technical support to internal and external users.

Compensation

$60,000 - $72,000 per year

About the Role
  • Provide technical assistance for DriverCheck users via phone, email, or chat
  • Develop and maintain accurate documentation to improve user experience
  • Contribute to the development of client training programs
  • Perform administrative tasks in systems to ensure seamless operation
  • Participate in quality assurance activities, including test case execution and user acceptance testing
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year experience in information technology or technical support role
  • CompTIA A+, Microsoft, and Azure certifications preferred
  • College or university diploma in computer science, information technology, or related field required
