DriverCheck Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide first-level technical support to internal and external users.
Compensation$60,000 - $72,000 per year
About the Role- Provide technical assistance for DriverCheck users via phone, email, or chat
- Develop and maintain accurate documentation to improve user experience
- Contribute to the development of client training programs
- Perform administrative tasks in systems to ensure seamless operation
- Participate in quality assurance activities, including test case execution and user acceptance testing
- Minimum 1 year experience in information technology or technical support role
- CompTIA A+, Microsoft, and Azure certifications preferred
- College or university diploma in computer science, information technology, or related field required
