Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Team Wireless Ltd. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision
    • Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, including apprentices, sales associates, and design team members.
    • Assign sales staff to duties and tasks to ensure efficient store operations.
  • Store Operations
    • Authorize payments by cheque and manage store finances.
    • Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
    • Establish work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
    • Sell merchandise and promote products to customers.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
    • Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Personal Suitability
    • Client focus and ability to build strong relationships with customers.
    • Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with colleagues.
    • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment.
    • Organized and reliable with a strong attention to detail.

    Requirements
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail management role.
    • Ability to work 30 to 40 hours per week.
    • Fluency in English language.
