Computer Vision Engineer for Advanced Manufacturing

Apera AI is seeking an experienced Computer Vision Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge technologies in the field. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of computer vision techniques and have a proven track record of applying them to real-world problems.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly skilled engineer with a passion for computer vision and machine learning to work on projects that involve object detection, depth estimation, pose estimation, robot grasping, motion planning, online learning, and domain generalization.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, train, and evaluate methods tailored to Apera AI's specific requirements.
- Innovate at the edge of published research to develop innovative techniques for generating data for training neural networks.
- Translate promising research papers into practical solutions with industrial-grade reliability.
- Collaborate with MLOps, Customer Support, and Application Development teams to troubleshoot and tune performance.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience.
About YouYou will be working with a dedicated team of engineers and scientists on cutting-edge technologies in the field of computer vision and machine learning.
We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of state-of-the-art computer vision algorithms and deep learning techniques, as well as extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in utilizing Machine Learning techniques for Computer Vision applications.
Requirements:- At least 3 years of experience in utilizing Machine Learning techniques for Computer Vision applications.
- Strong programming skills in Python and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Knowledge of 3D mathematics and concepts such as transformations and projections.
