Dermatologist Opportunity in Red Deer

We are seeking a skilled Dermatologist to join our team at Alberta Health Services in Red Deer. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and establishing a full-time practice in the community.
Key Responsibilities- Reside in and have your primary residence within the community of Red Deer
- Obtain and maintain an AHS Medical Staff Appointment and appropriate privileges to provide services
- Abide by AHS Medical Staff Bylaws, Rules, and policies
- Establish and maintain a full-time community-based practice within the community
- Provide call assistance as per call schedules, including full-time participation in the Dermatology call schedule
- Participate in quality improvement programs and initiatives undertaken within the Zone Clinical Department of Internal Medicine
- Participate in relevant Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs
- Contribute to and participate in other administrative responsibilities, as assigned
- Have or be eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta
- Have or be eligible for certification with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada Certification (RCPSC)
- Have specialty certification or equivalent in Dermatology
- Recent and relevant experience in all areas of practice required, as the Most Responsible Physician
