Responsibilities
As a Guest Services Agent, your primary focus will be on providing professional, friendly, and engaging service to our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- • Greeting and checking-in guests while providing exceptional service
• Responding to guest requests and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Assisting guests with hotel facilities and amenities
• Following departmental policies, procedures, and service standards
• Taking initiative to add a personalized touch to each guest's experience
• Promoting hotel facilities and looking for opportunities to enhance a guest's stay through up-selling
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- • A service-focused personality with prior customer-related experience
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and courteous demeanor
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including overnight coverage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience working with Opera Cloud or similar systems an asset
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
As a condition of employment, you must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and provide proof of vaccination to the hotel prior to your start date. You must also be legally eligible to work in Canada with a valid work permit or visa.
