Customer Service Ambassador

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at Spicers Canada ULC. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met with timely and accurate solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to input customer orders into our system, coordinate product delivery, and provide detailed product information to customers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide superior customer service by offering detailed product information and suggesting substitutions
- Input customer orders for paper, packaging, graphic solutions, and sign & display products into the system
- Ensure timely printing of invoices and coordinate with the warehouse for product delivery
- Prepare and manage quotations, coordinate with vendors for timely product sourcing, and oversee inventory verification
- Communicate updates to relevant departments and staff members
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 1-3 years' experience in sales and customer service
- Industry knowledge and understanding of paper manufacturing, paper distribution, graphic products, printing processes, sign and display or industrial supplies and packaging considered an asset
- Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
- Proficient in using MS Office
