Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded, resulting in high customer satisfaction.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to ensure accurate inventory management.
    • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Team Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food and beverage servers, kitchen and food service helpers, and staff in various areas of responsibility.
    • Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are adequately trained and equipped to perform their duties.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
    • Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
    • Client focus and efficient interpersonal skills.
Work Environment

This is a permanent full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced and requires the ability to work under pressure. Standing for extended periods is required.
