Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Compliance Project Manager to join our team at Financière Sun Life. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple and complex projects related to Compliance Technology.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assess and prioritize business enhancements for implementation to the AML system and GRC system
  • Perform in-depth business systems analysis of the GRC system to document business enhancements and provide technical guidance for deployment
  • Work with stakeholders to complete an impact analysis of requested GRC enhancements and document analysis results
  • Adopt a digital mindset to analyze and challenge current processes and drive outcomes by working with technical experts to realize benefits from AML and GRC system optimization
  • Manage all phases of Compliance projects from initiation to closure while leveraging Project Management best practice and standards

Requirements:

  • Over 5 years of Compliance work experience, including 3 years of work experience managing multiple and complex projects and timelines
  • Education, professional certification or designation in Project Management, Risk, Compliance, or Audit
  • Working knowledge of key GRC or AML systems
  • Ability to communicate effectively to a wide variety of audiences at all organizational levels
