Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute project plans, resource allocation, and budgeting

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Prepare and present project status reports to senior management
  • Ensure compliance with Equitable Bank's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • 5+ years of project management experience in a financial services or insurance industry
  • Technical understanding of AIRB, IFRS 9, and ICAAP
  • Post-secondary education in computer science, business, finance, or a related field
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • PMP certification is an asset
