About the Opportunity

Westinghouse Electric Canada is a leading supplier of custom equipment, process systems and engineering consultant services for the Nuclear industry in Canada. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our innovative team that supports Westinghouse's mission to provide clean energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide engineering design and/or analysis for nuclear products/projects including electrical system design, instrumentation and controls designs, and system wiring;
  • Interfacing with other internal functional groups on similar engineering level to obtain information necessary to perform work assignments;
  • Planning and scheduling work to meet assignment requirements;
  • Ability to quickly learn to evaluate, select and utilize standards, techniques, procedures and criteria for development of engineering design documents including calculations and specifications.
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering Required;
  • Licensed member of Professional Engineers Ontario;
  • 8+ years of relevant experience;
  • Candidate must meet the criteria for access to the company's, partners' and clients' technologies.
