Job Description

The Engagement Manager will drive regional sales growth by executing growth-focused strategies and building strong customer relationships within existing and new accounts. This role requires a solid understanding of the IT staffing industry and a desire to expand one's career.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Negotiate client contracts, renewals, extensions, and amendments to ensure successful partnerships.
  2. Identify sales opportunities and consultatively sell solutions and/or services to new and existing clients.
  3. Conduct regular site visits and sales meetings to foster strong client relationships.
  4. Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to review delivery performance and prepare presentations as needed.
  5. Stay up-to-date on leading industry trends and sales best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  2. Experience selling IT staff augmentation services and negotiating rates with clients, preferably in an IT agency environment.
  3. Consistent record of meeting or exceeding revenue, GP sales, and placement quotas.
  4. Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  5. Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service.
