Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Castle Hospitality Group Ltd. o/a Ranchers Castle. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize resource allocation
- Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Client focus and dependability
