We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely payment of bills, providing administrative support, and maintaining accurate records.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires strong technology skills, flexibility, and the ability to work both remotely and on-site as needed. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Invoicing and Payment Processing: Verify and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  2. Vendor Management: Communicate effectively with vendors, addressing inquiries and resolving discrepancies in a professional manner.
  3. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including invoices, payments, and reconciliation documents.
  4. Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular accounts payable reports and perform monthly AP reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
  5. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, and other tasks as assigned.
