Job Title: Unit Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Unit Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's Restaurants. As a Unit Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Standing for extended periods
