Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at 1231614 BC LTD DBA DAIRY QUEEN. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and safe dining environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry and replace linens, ensuring a clean and hygienic environment for our customers.
  • Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, and flatware, as well as kitchen equipment and utensils.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to our customers, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Restock condiments and supplies, maintaining a well-stocked and organized kitchen area.
  • Operate dishwashers and other kitchen equipment, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Work collaboratively with our kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods and working under pressure.
  • Positive attitude, client focus, and team player skills.
  • Will train, with a focus on developing skills and knowledge in food service and customer service.
