We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at Glidex Delivery and Janitorial Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Ensure the efficient operation of computer equipment and machinery.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Arrange training for staff and coordinate, assign, and review work.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, establish work schedules and procedures, and plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics.
Supervision:

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 11-15 people.

Security and Safety:

A criminal record check is required for this position.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and handling heavy loads.

Personal Suitability:

We are looking for someone with excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, initiative, judgment, and the ability to work as part of a team.

Experience:

This is a permanent position requiring 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.

The working language is English, and the working hours are 40 hours per week.
