Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Healthcare Performance Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the ongoing management of several large, complex hospital/facility funding agreements. You will work closely with organizational partners to ensure contracts are developed and issued in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the ongoing management of several large, complex hospital/facility funding agreements.
  • Work in close collaboration with organizational partners to ensure contracts are developed and issued in a timely manner.
  • Identify and escalate risks and issues to timely contract issuance.
  • Understand, interpret, and communicate complex data analysis and results.
  • Consult with OH programs on strategies to address performance challenges.
  • Monitor performance data and support OH programs to escalate issues.
  • Develop and deliver analysis, reports, business cases, communications, and presentations.
  • Lead initiative/project-related meetings and track action items.
  • Act as a primary liaison and subject matter expert on specific funding agreements.
  • Support initiatives/projects to develop QI and process improvement strategies.
  • Work in a self-directed manner, providing leadership and mentorship to junior staff.
Requirements
  • An undergraduate degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or other relevant field.
  • A Master's degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or other relevant field is considered an asset.
  • At least three to five years of related healthcare experience.
  • Proven track record leading/supporting complex large-scale projects preferably in a healthcare environment.
  • Experience with contract management, financial analysis, and health service funding models is considered an asset.
