About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Specialist to join our team at Haleon. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial reports that meet the needs of our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to ensure accuracy and compliance with IFRS standards.
  • Accounting and Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to management.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all financial reporting is in compliance with IFRS standards and internal control frameworks, and identify and mitigate any risks associated with financial reporting.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including accounting, finance, and management, to ensure that financial reporting is aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Accounting Degree or Qualification: Hold a degree in accounting or a related field, or have equivalent experience and qualifications.
  • Financial Reporting Experience: Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in financial reporting, preferably in a large corporation or financial institution.
  • IFRS Knowledge: Have a strong understanding of IFRS standards and be able to apply them in a practical context.
  • Analytical and Communication Skills: Possess strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present findings to stakeholders.
