Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Consultant to join our team. As a Research Consultant, you will be responsible for conducting research to gather data on commercial real estate properties, conducting phone calls with brokers, developers, investors, and other real estate professionals, and updating our database with accurate and timely information.

You will also be working closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide them with valuable insights and data to help them position and market their properties on the CoStar platform.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as business, marketing, or communications
  • Eight or more months of experience in a customer service environment
  • Familiarity with commercial real estate industry and its trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proven success performing to metrics or key performance indicators (KPI)
