Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to join our team at Uline. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for managing our Computerized Facilities Management System (CFMS) and coordinating department workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Management: Manage and maintain our facilities, including coordinating maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
  • Vendor and Contractor Management: Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the facilities team, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between facilities and other departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in facilities, construction, or building trades.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
