Position Overview

Uline is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for managing the Computerized Facilities Management System (CFMS) and coordinating department workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage vendor and contractor relationships, including contracts, Certifications of Insurance, and safety compliance.
  • Assist contractors, vendors, and employees with phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
  • Coordinate cleaning and handyman projects as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in facilities, construction, or building trades.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
