Supply Chain Coordinator

Pentaequipment, a leading provider of innovative equipment solutions, is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization and enhance your skills in inventory management, production planning, and supply chain coordination.
About the Role:
- We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with experience in MRP systems (ABAS) to manage Bill of Materials (BOM) data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in production planning.
- You will collaborate closely with the engineering team to review and update BOM information, resolve discrepancies, and maintain a well-organized file system.
- As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be responsible for adhering to company processes and standards to guarantee data integrity and prevent costly errors in production planning.
- Monitoring and tracking updates or revisions to BOMs, conducting regular audits, and providing timely reports are also key responsibilities.
- You will work closely with the Engineering Manager to support process improvements related to BOM data management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience working with MRP systems, particularly ABAS, is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are essential.
- You should possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and production teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is required.
Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Pentaequipment offers a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
