About the Role:

  • We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with experience in MRP systems (ABAS) to manage Bill of Materials (BOM) data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in production planning.
  • You will collaborate closely with the engineering team to review and update BOM information, resolve discrepancies, and maintain a well-organized file system.
  • As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be responsible for adhering to company processes and standards to guarantee data integrity and prevent costly errors in production planning.
  • Monitoring and tracking updates or revisions to BOMs, conducting regular audits, and providing timely reports are also key responsibilities.
  • You will work closely with the Engineering Manager to support process improvements related to BOM data management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience working with MRP systems, particularly ABAS, is highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are essential.
  • You should possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and production teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is required.
