Job Title: Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Shift Manager to join our team at PETRO-CANADA(A&W). As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service counter attendants and food preparers to ensure exceptional customer service and quality food products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Operations: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
  • Culinary Knowledge: Have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres and estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer service and team leadership.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Availability: 35 to 44 hours per week.
