Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Expert Electrical Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures and policies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced office environment and may be required to work flexible hours as needed.
