Job Title: Quality Inspector

The Quality Inspector plays a vital role in ensuring that our manufactured products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance. This position is responsible for identifying and addressing product deficiencies, improving client satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visually and mechanically inspect products at various stages of production to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Conduct measurements and tests using measuring tools to detect defects and inconsistencies.
  • Work collaboratively with production teams, supervisors, and managers to address defects and quality issues.
  • Provide feedback to production teams to improve product quality and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Participate in root cause analysis to identify and resolve recurring issues.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in manufacturing, production, or quality control.
  • Certifications in quality management may be beneficial.
  • Knowledge of relevant safety and quality standards in the industry.
  • Attention to detail and ability to detect small defects or inconsistencies.
  • Technical knowledge and familiarity with production equipment, inspection tools, and quality standards.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to identify the source of issues and suggest solutions.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to clearly document and report issues.
