Job Title: Trailer Park Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Trailer Park Supervisor to join our team at Ross Creek RV Park Limited.

Job Summary:

The Trailer Park Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our trailer park, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests. This includes coordinating maintenance and repair work, assisting clients with special needs, and providing technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure the trailer park is well-maintained and safe for guests.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Be the point of contact for emergency situations, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Oversee cleaning of specialty and difficult items, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked trailer park.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring they are equipped to provide excellent service.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and staff.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset.
