About the Role

Centra is seeking a visionary leader to drive innovation and growth as our Senior Vice President Supply Only. This pivotal role involves leading all facets of product development, quality assurance, sales, marketing, and operations, with a strong focus on product excellence, timely delivery, and exceptional customer satisfaction.

  • Drive New Product Development: Lead the strategic development and launch of innovative new products to fuel Centra's growth, enhance market presence, and meet evolving customer needs.
  • Enhance Industry Dominance: Spearhead initiatives to position Centra as the industry leader in high-performance vinyl windows, staying ahead of trends and competitors through superior product offerings and market strategies.
  • Optimize Plant Performance: Establish and monitor key metrics for plant efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction, implementing continuous improvement processes to maximize operational effectiveness across all manufacturing facilities.
