Job Title: Senior Executive Leader

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive Leader to join our team at Canmore Technologies Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organizational development and strategic business planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
  • Lead the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions to ensure effective team management.
  • Establish clear objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs to achieve them.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to ensure a strong leadership team.
  • Conduct performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting their goals and objectives.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure the organization's financial stability and success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5 years or more of experience in a senior leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make sound judgments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word skills.
  • Criminal record check.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
