Job Description:

beBee Professionals is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Policy Analyst to contribute to the development and implementation of effective corporate policies and procedures. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research, analyzing data, and creating policies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement corporate policies and procedures that meet regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for policy improvement and development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure policy alignment and effective implementation.
  • Provide policy guidance and support to employees and management.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that impact corporate policies.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in corporate policy analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
