Business Policy Advisor Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Policy Advisor to support our team at beBee Professionals in Edmonton, AB. The successful candidate will provide expert advice and guidance on business policy and regulatory matters, driving strategic growth and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business policy and regulatory strategies to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Analyze and interpret business policy and regulatory requirements, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Provide counsel on the impact of business policy and regulatory changes, ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, fostering collaboration and open communication.
  • Represent the organization at meetings and conferences, promoting our brand and expertise.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a business policy or regulatory role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on strategic thinking and innovation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
