Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSEQT) professional to join our team at Total Safety. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing global HSEQT activities, developing and implementing strategies to achieve world-class performance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HSEQT strategies and programs to achieve world-class performance
  • Manage and coordinate HSEQT activities across multiple facilities and regions
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to minimize hazards and risks
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure effective implementation of HSEQT programs and procedures
  • Develop and maintain HSEQT metrics and reporting systems to track performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on HSEQT policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies and industry associations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in an HSEQT-related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HSEQT management, with a focus on global operations
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HSEQT strategies and programs
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
