Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Landscaping Construction Foreman/Forewoman to join our team at Earthscape Ontario. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and scheduling day-to-day work activities of our landscape construction team. Your expertise in landscaping construction, safety, and quality control will ensure the successful completion of our projects.



Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate landscape construction crews to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Train crew members in skills and methods of landscape installation, adhering to Earthscape's standard operating procedures and quality expectations
  • Plan labor requirements, equipment needs, and material deliveries to ensure efficient project execution
  • Maintain and enforce standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization on job sites


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in landscaping construction site work, including concrete, masonry, carpentry, site layout, site grading, and water feature installation
  • Experience reading and interpreting scaled drawings
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to engage and motivate crew members
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Comfortable operating a variety of landscaping machinery and a minimum G class license
