Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Manager to join our team at Wendy's Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
  • Cost products and services, and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date
  • Organize and maintain inventory, and ensure that all supplies are stocked and available when needed
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant is maintained in a clean and safe environment
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation, and ensure that all promotional materials are accurate and up-to-date
  • Address customer complaints or concerns, and provide excellent customer service
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods
