Job Title: Waiter/Waitress

Miss Saigon Vietnamese Noodle House (Windemere) is seeking a skilled Waiter/Waitress to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
  • Assist customers with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience an asset.
  • Permanent employment.
  • Language of work: English.
  • Hours of work: 30 to 40 hours per week.
