Job Description for Dining Room Attendant at Golden Rice Bowl

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Dining Room Attendant to join our team at Golden Rice Bowl. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Menu Knowledge: Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Table Management: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assistance: Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide additional support as required.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, but not required.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
