About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Landscape Labourer to join our team at Cattail Crossing Ltd. as a permanent member. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with landscape constructions, weeding, pruning, and trimming trees and plants, cutting grass, raking and collecting refuse, and operating and maintaining landscape maintenance equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with landscape constructions and maintenance tasks
  • Weed, prune, and trim trees and plants to maintain a well-manicured appearance
  • Cut grass and perform other outdoor horticulture tasks
  • Rake and collect refuse, and cart and spread topsoil and other materials
  • Apply fertilizers and repair and maintain equipment
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and other machinery
Requirements
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labour tasks
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced outdoor environment, with regular exposure to the elements. The work site will be a golf course, with a focus on maintaining a high level of quality and presentation.
