Job Summary

Petro-Canada is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to lead our retail team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of retail sales associates.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing losses.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Supervision: Oversee the work of 3-4 team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of retail experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
