About This Role

Cloud Software Group is seeking a high-energy Inside Sales Executive for our Americas region to respond to inbound prospect and customer inquiries and execute outbound prospecting campaigns to targeted accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Qualify inbound leads and conduct outbound prospecting via key channels to schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives.
  2. Act as a first point of contact for inbound inquiries through our online chat and contact us forms.
  3. Respond to inbound leads in a timely manner with a sense of urgency and purpose.
  4. Be able to understand and articulate Cloud Software Group's messaging and value proposition when communicating with prospects and customers.
  5. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for new business opportunities.
  6. Build strong relationships within the organization, particularly in Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Support.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  2. 0-2 years of experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably in B2B software or technology.
  3. Fast learner, with an interest in the tech industry.
  4. Resourceful, self-driven, and motivated.
  5. Able to articulate value and uncover a prospect's needs and challenges.
  6. Have a sense of curiosity and willingness to find answers when you don't know them.
  7. Solid communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice-to-Haves

  1. Experience in a similar role.
  2. Experience with Salesforce.com.
  3. Experience with sales engagement tools like Groove, Outreach, or SalesLoft.
  4. Experience working with online chat technology like Drift.
  5. Experience with LinkedIn and Sales Navigator.
