Role Overview

This is an exceptional opportunity to join our fast-growing startup as a Business Development Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will engage with potential clients, determine their needs, and manage the client journey from initial correspondence to successful enrollment.

The Ideal Candidate

  • We are seeking a highly skilled sales professional with 3+ years of experience in inbound and/or outbound sales calls in English, boasting an exceptional sales track record.
  • A background in sales and/or enrollment with a coaching or ed-tech company is preferred, but not essential.
  • Having experience working for an MBB firm would be ideal.
  • You must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, as well as strong negotiating, relationship-building, and management skills.
  • Proactive individuals who can analyze processes and suggest improvements are highly valued.
  • Responsiveness to performance feedback and a willingness to continue learning and growing are essential traits.

  • Convert potential clients who are a good fit for our services into actual clients and achieve sales targets consistently.
  • Become a trusted advisor to our clients, providing empathetic support and making informed decisions about their suitability for our programs.
