Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified Mental Health Specialist to join our team at Lifemark Health Group in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individual and group treatment for various conditions, including anxiety, trauma, depression, somatic complaints, substance misuse, adjustment, and interpersonal issues.
  • Develop new mental health program content for unique client groups.
  • Leverage novel approaches to deliver mental health services, including adjunct digital therapeutics.
  • Conduct assessments to guide treatment and psycho-social resource building.
  • Consult with other mental health service team members and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Contribute to in-house training sessions and interdisciplinary case discussions.
  • Assist in program outcome evaluations at the provincial and national level.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree or PhD in Psychology from an accredited university.
  • Current registration in good standing with the Saskatchewan College of Psychologists.
  • Individual professional liability insurance required at time of employment.
  • Working experience in interdisciplinary teams and with third-party payers.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of interdisciplinary teams.

Salary:

$10,000.00 sign-on bonus and a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
