The Job

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy that drives revenue and traffic from organic search.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create integrated campaigns that drive leads for our self-serve and sales-assisted funnels.
  • Report on SEO KPIs, measuring the success of our SEO efforts and tying them back to revenue growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practices, educating the marketing team on new strategies and opportunities.
  • Be a champion of SEO across the organization, finding opportunities for teammates to support SEO initiatives in their work.

What You'll Need

  • Strong project management skills, with experience getting stakeholder buy-in on projects and ensuring team members understand deliverables.
  • A deep understanding of technical SEO, including pagespeed, link building, on-page SEO, and site architecture.
  • Experience with SEO and analytics tools like SEMRush, AHREFS, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, and Google Analytics.
  • The ability to digest ambiguous data, ask the right questions, communicate critical insights, and take action.
  • A willingness to receive feedback and use it to improve performance.
