Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our production team as General Helpers. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the General Helper works on the assembly line assisting operators, who run machines that convert paper into school and office products.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the packaging and preparation of paper-based products for distribution

• Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards

• Label and display products in a visually appealing manner

• Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean work environment

• Operate a pump truck to transport pallets and skids as needed

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Comfortable working with minimal supervision and as part of a team

• Good hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and manual dexterity

• Ability to read and write English

• High School diploma required; college, vocational, or technical training considered an asset
