We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Senior Clerk with the Serious Injury Program at the Manitoba Advocate for Children and Youth (MACY). This role requires a strong understanding of confidentiality requirements, legislation, and policy, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
About the RoleThe Senior Clerk will provide administrative support to the program, including maintaining accurate records and entries, generating monthly statistical reports, and developing statistical analysis. They will also create hard copy and/or digital files for staff, attend program meetings, and distribute minutes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting, facilitating, and supporting the involvement of youth in MACY's work and providing back-up assistance and coverage for reception and other Senior Clerks working within MACY.
Responsibilities- Maintain accurate records and entries in the program's databases
- Generate monthly statistical reports and develop statistical analysis
- Create hard copy and/or digital files for staff and attend program meetings
- Distribute minutes and provide general support such as scheduling meetings and producing correspondence
