Job Summary

In this pivotal role as a Senior Digital Growth Manager at RBC Insurance Services Inc., you will drive our digital growth strategy across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in digital marketing and data analysis, with a proven track record of driving measurable results through strategic planning and detailed execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and demand gen initiatives to enhance brand visibility, increase qualified leads, and boost measurable revenue.
  • Optimize the entire conversion funnel and continuously experiment with bidding strategies, analytics, SEO, CRO, targeting, messaging, ad creative, and landing pages to drive incremental pipeline.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, and sales, to steer strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Define messaging and brand, helping craft messaging that cuts through the noise.
  • Demonstrate strong data analysis skills to identify growth opportunities across the customer lifecycle, refine insights-based strategies, analyze performance and share recommendations.
  • Be accountable for key performance metrics related to the impact and reach of initiatives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior marketing role with hands-on experience in ideation and execution of high-performing marketing campaigns.
  • Proven success in scaling demand generation functions through people, technology, data, and processes.
  • Experience in a high-growth scale-up environment.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and a passion for data and metrics, including lead scoring, ROI reporting, pipeline forecasting and experience using analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Amplitude, Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel).
  • Creative design and content development experience (WordPress, Unbounce, Figma).
  • Expertise in customer segmentation, omnichannel strategies, and marketing automation.
