Job Title: Unit Supervisor - Team Lead
This role will oversee and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervising and coordinating the activities of staff in the kitchen
- Training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimating ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards
- Maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Preparing and submitting reports
