Unit Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Unit Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's Restaurants. As a Unit Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen and food service helpers to ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Ensure Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards by conducting regular quality checks and addressing any issues that arise.
- Address Customer Complaints: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner to ensure that we provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain Records: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to ensure that we have accurate data to inform our business decisions.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit reports to management to ensure that they are informed of our progress and any issues that arise.
As a Unit Supervisor at McDonald's Restaurants, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of kitchen and food service helpers. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a noisy and hot environment.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Language: English.
- Availability: Availability for shift or on-call work.
